A Week In Photos: Day 3

Day 3

Accurate drawing, accurate colour, is perhaps not the essential thing to aim at,

because the reflection of reality in a mirror, if it could be caught, colour and all,

would not be a picture at all, no more than a photograph

  1. That’s a gorgeous composition. 🙂 I really like all the elements of that vast mountain range, the flatness of the grassland, the rustic lone cabin with a little outhouse and there’s a winding foot path too–and there’s a lovely simplicity. Really enjoying the light and dark.

    • Much appreciated, glad you see that too:) I opted to photograph this place, next to the crowded and over photographed barn, and had it to myself on this foggy morning. I have a few images from this day, all with similar simplicity. Thanks again!

  2. Excellent post! I also agree and sadly I think the way freestyling has evolved now; and people with so little patience, its almost a MUST to only have prewrittens, and never the oliao-shdfned off-the-top frees. And in the future it will probably evolve even more .. kinda like how music sucks today.. its just all going down the drain..
